Linda Beynon. Linda is a training consultant with experience of operating at a management level within local government, retail and service industries. She has specific interest and expertise in leadership, team development, personal effectiveness and coaching. She has delivered successful programmes for a range of NHS, Local government and Blue Chip organisations in Managing Teams, Managing Conflict and Performance management as well as general foundation management courses.
She is accredited to use a number of individual, team development and leadership tools including Belbin Team Role Profiles, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and Crucial Conversations * as well as being an accredited Personal Safety trainer. Linda has a particular interest in working with organisations and individuals to deal with work related stress and is a full member of the International Stress Management Association (MISMA).
Linda holds a Diploma and Practitioner Diploma in Clinical hypnosis, is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (MBSCH) and works with individuals to resolve issues and build confidence and self esteem. She is continuing her on-going professional development with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, with the aim of working towards the first ever Masters Degree in Clinical Hypnosis (www.lbahypnotherapy.co.uk).
The combination of these skills and expertise enables Linda to not only deliver to groups, but also offer supplementary support to individuals within organisations through one to one sessions, which can be financed through the organisation or by individuals themselves.
